THE TRIANGLE SCARF
A knitting pattern by STITCH
Your first knitting project, or your next cozy obsession. A simple triangle scarf to make in your favorite color and wear all winter. To knot everywhere and to wear around your neck, your waist or on your head (on your baseball hat, it’s my favorite way to wear it!).
This guide includes two versions: garter stitch for a soft, textured finish, and stockinette stitch for a smoother look. Start with just three stitches and learn to shape your scarf with increases as you go.
The pattern walks you through casting on, increasing, binding off, and finishing your piece. Make it at your own pace, one row at a time.
You’ll need three 50g balls of yarn (medium/#4) and a pair of 5mm circular needles.
